1&2: we celebrated chantal's 60th birthday last weekend in Paris. One of the highlights was a trip to the Petit Palais where they were exhibiting the largest retrospective of Yves Saint Laurent designs. There were rooms full of hand crafted pieces. He had truly done it all. Not much has been invented since...The flowering trees in the garden were beautiful...

気分転換？の為＋映画監督ウッディーアランのジャズバンドのコンサートのチケットも予約していたので一日ジュネーブに行きました。ルマン湖の水は透き通っていて奇麗。寒くても裸で湖に飛び込む老人がいっぱいいたよ。おいしいカフェの住所を教えてくれたダイロウ有り難う☆

1&2: in Athens for Designers Week with Adam Jones and Barbara Bui who are the two honorary guests from Paris. As dinner was scheduled for 10pm...we had a moment to climb up the rock in front of the Acropolis for a sunset.

今週はアテネのファッションウィーク。アダムジョーンズのショーのスタイリングのお仕事できたよ。お夕飯が２２時スタート？！だった為、アクロポリスの前にある石を登って夕焼けを見てきました。

1: akiko spoiled me and megumi with her japanese cooking tonite...

Salmon Karaage (marinated and fried salmon), Dashimaki Tamago (japanese omelette) Nimono (vegetables and tofu simmered in broth) Daikon with Ikura (japanese radish slices topped with fish eggs and scallions), Hiyayakko (cold tofu)...I had to roll myself onto the metro and back home.

1: un petit photo du premier kimono de Mitsuaki. Sur le dos on voit des symboles de la nature, les oiseaux, la mer, les arbres, un bateau ! qui signifie une vie plein de bonheur, d'aventure... Il va le porter le 4 avril pour la ceremonie {Hatsumairi}. C'est a dire "la premiere visite" au temple.

今週はサーフェストゥエアのデニムラインの仕事でバタバタだよ〜写真は今年の秋冬から売るミニスカート。一枚一枚手で加工している為オリジナルアイテムができます！

1: mister Beard at work on his first Raw Vegetable Lasagne.

2-3: raw lasagne is comprised of layers of long slices of Zuccini, Tomato Paste (chopped onion, fresh and dried tomatoes), Pesto (pistachio nuts, basil, raw spinach, olive oil) and Raw Ricatta Cheese (crushed pine nuts, lemon, yeast and olive oil). It was very good !

パスタが入っていないサラダラザニアに挑戦したよ。体の調子が今一の時は小麦粉ゼロ＋なるべく火の通っていない食事にすると快復が速いことに気づきました。パスタの代わりに生のズッキーニーのスライスを使います。トマトソースは生のトマト、ドライトマトとタマネギのみじん切り。ペストはブレンダーにバジル、ピスタシオ、ほうれん草、オリーブオイルを入れてミックスするだけ。リコッタチーズはイーストとレモン、パインナッツ、オリーブオイル、をブレンダーに入れて、少しずつお水をたしていくのがコツ。おいしく出来上がりました！

1: i was walking to a meeting the other day when this striking drawing of a smiley rabbit dog caught my eye. Someone is having a hard time falling asleep at night, perhaps even functioning at a daily level without this friend... (PERDU = lost, DOUDOU = favorite doll)

1: we picked up our compost box that the department of waste disposal in our region was offering to the locals. The office itself was located in a beautiful spot about 15 minutes from our village on the top of a hill overlooking the ocean.

3: sheep have prime spot for grazing and sun bathing...

我が家もようやくコンポストを始めることにしました。市のゴミ処理場が配っているコンポストの箱を手に入れたよ。ゴミ処理場から見えるピレネー山脈があまりにも奇麗だったので思わず写真を撮ってしまいました。目の前は羊達が海の見える丘の上でのんびり生活。毎日ゴミ処理場でのお仕事でもここだったらいいかも。。。

今週末は目の運動の為に長い長いお散歩をして遠くを見ていました。

リハビリスタート。海を見ているだけでよくなる気がするけれどね。

1-3: we took a long walk above the beach during high tide and saw the trees all seem to have a sharp asymmetrical shape. I asked mister Beard if they are trimmed for safety reasons but apparently they have adapted by themselves to the shape of the wind that blows against them day after day.

1: back in Guethary for the weekend...68 degrees and sunny...finally spring! in the basque countryside.
